£24.99 per agreed update request — a one-off payment. Purchase only when you need changes. There is no monthly subscription or ongoing commitment.
What Can Be Updated?
Like-for-like updates replace or amend existing information while retaining your page’s established structure and functionality. Examples include:
- ✅ Changing an existing email address, telephone number or contact detail
- ✅ Replacing the destination or label of an existing website or social link
- ✅ Amending text within an existing content element
- ✅ Replacing an existing image or logo with a supplied replacement
- ✅ Updating an existing FAQ question or answer
- ✅ Replacing a file, audio item or video within an existing supported element
- ✅ Checking the changed content and any affected links after the update
What Requires a Separate Quotation?
New elements or functionality outside your existing SmartBio page require a separate quotation. This includes additional links, new content blocks, new FAQs, forms, integrations, layout changes or a redesign.
For example, changing an email address already displayed on your page is a like-for-like update. Adding an email contact element where none previously existed is a new request and requires a quotation.
How to Request an Update
Send us your SmartBio page link and a clear list of the changes you need, together with the approved replacement text, links or files. We will confirm that your request falls within the £24.99 update service before you purchase.
Each purchase covers the agreed request. Further changes outside that request are assessed separately. Hosting remains included with your original SmartBio service and does not depend on purchasing updates.
