Starting prices cover a one-off service for an existing, suitable WordPress website. Customers supply approved content, brand assets, community rules and policies. Higher-tier allowances replace the corresponding lower-tier allowances. Group structure, access requirements, revision limits and handover support are confirmed in the quotation.
Advanced includes one agreed workflow, such as customer support, a supported LMS connection or compatible membership access, subject to assessment and the capabilities of the installed software and licence.
Ongoing moderation, member administration, content publishing, complete website builds, migration, additional licences, hosting, bespoke development and ongoing Website Care are separate unless expressly included. Activity plans provide guidance for your team to deliver.
We help configure privacy and member-access settings around your agreed community requirements. Your organisation remains responsible for its policies, member permissions and day-to-day handling of personal information.
